Israeli Professor Says "We Could Destroy All European Capitals"

1 February, 2003 (IAP News)

An Israeli professor and military historian hinted that Israel could avenge the Holocaust by annihilating millions of Germans and other Europeans.

Speaking during an interview which was published in Jerusalem Friday, Professor Martin Van Creveld said Israel had the capability of hitting most European capitals with nuclear weapons.

"We possess several hundred atomic warheads and rockets and can launch them at targets in all directions, perhaps even at Rome. Most European capitals are targets of our air force."

Creveld, a professor of military history at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, pointed out that "collective deportation" was Israel's only meaningful strategy towards the Palestinian people.

"The Palestinians should all be deported. The people who strive for this (the Israeli government) are waiting only for the right man and the right time. Two years ago, only 7 or 8 per cent of Israelis were of the opinion that this would be the best solution, two months ago it was 33 per cent, and now, according to a Gallup poll, the figure is 44 percent."

Creveld said he was sure that Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon wanted to deport the Palestinians.

"I think it's quite possible that he wants to do that. He wants to escalate the conflict. He knows that nothing else we do will succeed." Asked if he was worried about Israel becoming a rogue state if it carried out a genocidal deportation against Palestinians, Creveld quoted former Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Dayan who said "Israel must be like a mad dog, too dangerous to bother."

Creveld argued that Israel wouldn't care much about becoming a rogue state.

"Our armed forces are not the thirtieth strongest in the world, but rather the second or third. We have the capability to take the world down with us. And I can assure you that that this will happen before Israel goes under."

For misleading the American people, and launching the most foolish war since Emperor Augustus in 9 B.C sent his legions into Germany and lost them, Bush deserves to be impeached and, once he has been removed from office, put on trial along with the rest of the president's men. If convicted, they'll have plenty of time to mull over their sins.

This is one Israeli who is pretty damned upset with the incompetent performance of the U.S. military and its chimp-in-chief.

Same guy, 2 years later. Funny, he can't keep Germany out of the conversation.

Sure sounds like hate/terrorist speach - shouldn't he be put in jail?

I have long suspected that Zionists regard the "Holocaust" as karmic justification for annihilating all non-Jews and the inhabitable earth itself should they "feel threatened." So now we know. I guess all those people who regard Israel as a threat to world peace aren't so wrong after all if an insider like van Creveld can boast that Israel is a threat, not simply to world peace, but to world survival. What a way to ensure the continued existence of Israel and the Jewish people.

The guy's living in a fantasy land. The only foe they've ever beat are Arabs, and they're a joke when it comes to a military.

But I, too, suspect Israel would just as soon destroy the world if it thought it was going under. It wasn't for nothing that Jesus referred to such folks as "sons of Satan." Too bad all those Christian Zionists don't understand that.

"Where there's a will, there's a way." People like Creveld are always screaming at us that we should have taken Hitler seriously and at his word before war broke out. They're screaming the same thing about Ahmedinejad right now.

And I say, "what's sauce for the goose..."

You can't win. You can't break even. You can't get out of the game.

If Bush and Blair were capable of logical thought, Israel's nukes would be destroyed as a first step to bringing peace to the Middle East.

Yeah, I guess the joke is on the families of the nearly 2,300 Americans (that we know of) killed and 20,000 or so wounded.

And that was without even having an army, which viceroy Bremer disbanded and told to go home in May 2003

Apartheid South Africa and white Rhodesia were also quite willing to become rogue states.

They had to use our own airplanes against us, because they have no armies, no navies, no air forces. And it could have never been pulled off if we hadn't let camel humpers into the U.S.

From a military standpoint, 3000 dead, out of a nation of almost 300 million, is nothing.

"They" weren't Arabs. Arabs are the patsies. They are "fall guys" but they aren't the reason the towers fell.

The fallacy of our having depended on the $500 billion-a-year U.S. military for our continued standard of living (through forcing the world to accept our worthless fiat currency) is being exposed.

Just about anywhere and everywhere in the world our forces are ordered to attempt to occupy and "stabilize" for U.S. corporate interests, there can be found or recruited a group of men with testosterone, they are able to pick up the techniques of guerrilla warfare. And no occupation force has ever "won" a war against guerrillas because the latter "win" by "not losing" and the occupation "loses" by "not winning."
