War, War, War See other War, War, War Articles Title: US Air Force Secretary Mimics Hillary's Anti-Russia Extremism US Air Force Secretary Mimics Hillary’s Anti-Russia Extremism by Stephen Lendman Neocon Air Force Secretary Deborah Lee James formerly was a House Armed Services Committee staffer, Bill Clinton’s Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs, and aide to the Assistant Defense Secretary for legislative affairs. Before being appointed Air Force Secretary in December 2013, she also held executive positions at the Science Applications International Corporation, United Technologies and Science Applications International’s Technical and Engineering serving as its president. Interviewed over the weekend by Fox News, she, like other US hardliners, called Russia America’s “number one threat…one of a handful of (countries) that could actually present an existential threat to the US.” Fact: Throughout its existence, post-Soviet Russia never attacked, occupied or threatened another nation. It supports resolving world conflicts diplomatically - polar opposite America’s imperial agenda, waging naked aggression in multiple theaters. James: “They have nuclear weapons.” Fact: So do America, Britain, France, India, Pakistan, Israel, China and North Korea. James: “They have been acting very aggressive(ly) in recent years. And they are also investing and are testing military capabilities…That is very worrisome for the United States and our allies.” Fact: Claims of “Russian aggression” are fabricated Western propaganda. Moscow maintains peaceful relations with all nations. Its military budget is a small fraction of America’s bloated one. Its military personnel are almost entirely homeland-based, unlike Washington’s provocative empire of bases worldwide - used as launching pads for naked aggression. No nation fears Russia. US pressure forces some of its allies to claim otherwise. James: “We are facing resurging Russia in Europe and in other parts of the world. We now have a fight against this group called ISIL that did not exist a few short years ago.” Fact: Among world powers, Russia is the world’s leading peace and stability advocate, America humanity’s menacing enemy. It supports the scourge of ISIS and other terrorist groups it created - while pretending to combat them. James: “We have issues in the South China Sea. We have North Korea…investing and testing and acting in a very belligerent way.” Fact: America’s Asia pivot wants its military footprint provocatively entrenched in a part of the world not its own, where it doesn’t belong - China justifiably acting defensively in response. North Korea hasn’t attacked another country throughout its history. In 1950, it responded to US- instigated South Korean aggression - as it had every right to do. Its current military posture is entirely defensive, threatening no nations regionally or beyond. Most Americans believe Big Lies about nonexistent “Russian aggression,” misinformation about Beijing’s South China Sea policy and fabricated rubbish about a North Korean threat because media scoundrel reports are one-sided - state-sponsored propaganda instead of legitimate unbiased journalism. Neocons infesting Washington like James and Hillary threaten possible nuclear war to achieve US global hegemony - an unthinkable agenda only lunatics would consider pursuing.
