The Democratic-liberal-progressive wing of the anti-Trump brigade may have their differences on some issues, but they are all united in condemning Trump as a racist. Some conservatives and left-libertarians would even agree with them.

But leftists using the epithet racist to smear their enemies is nothing new. They have for years used the racist label to attack and neutralize conservative and libertarian opponents of various government programs and social movements. And they have generally been successful. It seems as though many Americans would rather be called anything but a racist and be accused of anything but racism. It has almost gotten to the point where racism is viewed as unfavorably as terrorism, genocide, starvation, torture, or Holocaust denial.

This is all the more incredible given that one thing leftists never do is define what exactly it means to be racist other than to say something, hold an opinion, make an observation, or espouse a viewpoint that they don’t like.

Consider the following—

Is it racist to tell a racial joke?

Is it racist to laugh at a racial joke?

Is it racist to use a racial epithet?

Is it racist to only want to marry someone of one’s own race?

Is it racist to only want your children to marry someone of their own race?

Is it racist to oppose busing children to distant schools to achieve racial integration?

Is it racist to not trust anything said by Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson?

Is it racist to not want interracial grandchildren?

Is it racist to oppose the removal of the Confederate flag from state capitols?

Is it racist to avoid certain neighborhoods at night?

Is it racist to never walk or drive through certain neighborhoods at any time of the day?

Is it racist to oppose Affirmative Action?

It is racist to believe that anti-discrimination laws violate private property rights, freedom of association, and freedom of contract?

Is it racist to say that Brown v. Board of Education was based on faulty reasoning?

Is it racist to say that the extent of racism in American society is exaggerated?

Is it racist to question certain aspects of the Civil Rights Act of 1964?

Is it racist to question certain aspects of the Voting Rights Act of 1965?

Is it racist to be weary of all the streets named after Martin Luther King Jr.?

Is it racist to not want to live in a particular part of town?

Is it racist to point out that certain ethnic groups have higher high school drop-out rates than others?

Is it racist to believe that different groups tend to have common characteristics?

Is it racist to question whether a jury made up of one race can render an impartial verdict when the defendant is of another race?

Is it racist to point out that certain ethnic groups have lower IQs than others?

Is it racist to oppose one of President Obama’s policies?

Is it racist to point out that certain ethnic groups have lower test scores than others?

Is it racist to say that all lives matter?

Is it racist to notice the income disparities that exist among racial groups?

Is it racist to criticize certain ethnic groups for looting, destroying, and burning down their own neighborhoods?

Is it racist to not have any friends of a different race?

Is it racist to criticize the actions of Northern troops during the Civil War and Reconstruction?

Is it racist to point out that Lincoln’s primary goal was to save the union and not to free the slaves?

Is it racist to point out the role that tariffs played in the Civil War?

Is it racist to oppose special federal aid to Historically Black Colleges?

Is it racist to refer to the Civil War as the War for Southern Independence?

Is it racist to oppose “open borders”?

Is it racist to call for a “sane” immigration policy?

Is it racist to question the institution of Black History Month or Hispanic Heritage Month?

Is it racist to refer to people as “illegal aliens”?

Is it racist to oppose the issuing of driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants?

Is it racist to oppose the government having an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)?

Is it racist to oppose minority set-aside contracts?

Is it racist to loathe rap and hip hop music?

Is it racist to notice that certain minority groups are “underrepresented” in particular professions?

Is it racist to question the necessity of Congress having a Congressional Black Caucus?

Is it racist to support voter ID laws?

Is it racist to oppose same-day voter registration?

Is it racist to oppose majority-minority voting districts?

Is it racist to oppose birthright citizenship?

Is it racist to notice that minority students are disproportionately disciplined in school?

Is it racist to oppose welfare?

Is it racist to point out the out-of-wedlock birth rate of certain ethnic groups?

Is it racist to be concerned about the changing demographics of certain areas of the country?

Is it racist to not want your grandchildren to live in a country where people of their race are in the minority?

Is it racist to talk about States’ Rights?

Is it racist to talk about the Tenth Amendment?

Does saying one of these things, holding one of these opinions, making one of these observations, or espousing one of these viewpoints mean that one hates, wishes ill will toward, or intends to commit violence against some racial, ethnic, or national group? Not at all. They may, in fact, be based on common sense, historical fact, or personal preference. Racism has nothing to do with it.

It is racist if you are a white, straight male

Not if you confess to your white privilege.

It is of no offense nor consequence to dislike an entire race.

It's called making intelligent decisions.

The answer is yes.

A rainbow coalition against Jews doesn't require Whites or Pro-Whites. It can be just as brown or anti-white as you like.

Nice!

“The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable.” ~ H. L. Mencken
