A young man is making headlines for the epic response he gave a high school teacher who asked about his “Hillary for Prison” t-shirt. First appearing on Facebook, a short post described an interaction between Mississippi resident Mason Guatier and a Hillary-supporting teacher with whom he frequently discusses politics. The teacher saw Mason’s shirt and asked, “Did you wear that for me?” “No, for Chris Stevens,” Mason replied, referencing the Libyan ambassador who along with three other Americans died on Hillary’s watch during a siege on a compound in Benghazi. While the post has unfortunately been deleted, Mason has still been earning praise from conservative corners of the web for upholding his political beliefs in the classroom.

When I was in High School, we had a dress code. You had to wear a shirt and tie and a sweater or sport coat. The girls had to wear a skirt at the least. The teachers were mean, and if you didn't give them the right answer, you might get a crack in the head with that teacher wearing his college ring on his hand. Kids at my junior high had a sort of self-imposed dress code. If you didn't wear Chuck Taylors, you got your ass kicked.
Theirs always hope jim, hope never dies. What we do with that hope is what counts. That kid deserves his accolades hopefuly we can all do right by him.
