The manoeuvres are part of what the Russian strongman sees as the fortification of a new front line with NATO Among the units deployed to the area are armoured vehicles, tanks and fighter jets. Navy Captain Danny Hernandez told the Washington Free Beacon that the exercises were being closely monitored. When US strongman Barrack Obama orders military exercises in Europe right up to Russia's borders, it's called "reassuring our allies". When Putin orders military exercises WITHIN Russia's borders, it's called "sabre rattling".
========================================= Obama is anything but a 'strong man,' except where it comes to fabricating terrorism. Yeah, we'd be pretty pissed too if Russia started installing military installations in Mexico or Canada. Sucks, don't it.
