Microsoft Tackles Online Hate Speech With New Tools And Resources " Microsoft is taking further steps toward combating online hate speech by rolling out resources to counter sexist, racist or otherwise abusive content on its services. " " Continuing such efforts, Microsoft has now introduced a new web form on Aug. 26, offering tools and resources for people to report content instigating violence or promoting hatred based on race, gender, sexual identity or other factors. "tools and resources for people to report content instigating violence or promoting hatred based on race, gender, sexual identity or other factors. " Report to whom? Police? It's not illegal to hate. The two surviving commercial options - Windows and Macintosh - are increasingly prone to invasions of privacy and the integration of unwanted and unnecessary features. The more user-friendly Linux distributions, such as Ubuntu and its derivative Mint, are easy enough for probably even Atossa to figure out. One can always find a wealth of information online as well, as every major Linux distribution has a large base of users who post questions and answers. Google can usually turn up solutions if problems arise. Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread
