'You are hereby served 'House Oversight subpoenas FBI for Clinton investigation on the spot A top FBI official testifying about the bureau’s withholding of information pertaining to the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s e-mail scandal was issued a subpoena on the spot by the chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
The subpoena was issued on live, national television.
It would appear Congress is a little fed up with people covering up for Hillary’s lawlessness.
Rep. Jason Chaffetz was clearly frustrated by the FBI’s stonewalling of information on an investigation that allowed Clinton to skate after mishandling classified information during her tenure at the State Department.
He asked Jason Herring, the acting assistant director for congressional affairs, “What information do you believe that Congress does not have the right to see?”
So what! Since when does the FBI, the DOJ, the President, or the Federal Reserve have to obey subpoenas. That is only for JustUs, the elite 1,000 or maybe the elite 5,000 are exempt.
