Could you please point out where in either video you posted Putin says what your title claims? I just watched both and did not see him say what you claim he said. Let's hope the putin trump thing is real. I say.

Mainly a consideration of what Putin could do, if pressed. The video also states that Putin knows a war with the USA would also be suicide for Russia. U.S. Constitution - Article IV, Section 4: NO BORDERS + NO LAWS = NO COUNTRY

Proxy wars are a different breed, however the number of proxies willing to commit suicide are now few. Therefore it is left to the three world powers to huff puff and bluff, until they finally stumble into the final war.
