War, War, War See other War, War, War Articles Title: Hillary's Lunatic No-Fly Zone Intention Means War on Russia Hillary’s Lunatic No-Fly Zone Intention in Syria Means War on Russia by Stephen Lendman Hillary represents the neocon lunatic fringe of US politics, an emotionally unstable unapologetic hawk unfit to serve, militantly anti-Russia, anti-China, anti-Iran, anti-world peace and stability. The likelihood of her succeeding Obama should terrify everyone worldwide. Dare we wait for nuclear war to begin before realizing the horror of her as president and commander-in-chief of America’s military - able to wage war on any adversary on her say alone, rule of law principles be damned. One of her top priorities is ousting Assad, no-fly zone imposition a key tactic she favors, a lunatic scheme even former Joint Chiefs Chairman General Martin Dempsey opposed. It would repeat the disastrous Libya scenario. Dempsey explained it would cost around $1 billion monthly and require thousands of US troops to enforce - including taking out Syria’s sophisticated anti-aircraft system, its command and control capabilities, and downing all non-Pentagon “coalition” aircraft. It would mean full-scale US aggression on Syria. With Pentagon and Russian warplanes operating in the same airspace, likely clashes could result in war between the world’s dominant nuclear powers. Last week, Joint Chiefs Chairman Joseph (“fighting Joe”) Dunford told Senate Armed Services Committee members that no-fly zone imposition on Syria means establishing total US control of its airspace. Ordering it “would require going to war against Syria and Russia,” he explained. “That is a pretty fundamental decision that certainly I’m not going to make.” Hillary wants it anyway, saying “I personally would be advocating for a no-fly zone and humanitarian corridors to try to stop the carnage on the ground and from the air, to try to provide some say to take stock of what’s happening, to try to stem the flow of refugees.” Neocons infesting Washington urge its imposition. America rapes one country after another, calling naked aggression humanitarian intervention and responsibility to protect. If Hillary succeeds Obama, escalated US war on Syria is certain, upping the stakes hugely for direct confrontation with Russia - risking unthinkable nuclear war.
