Nah, this is counterintelligence bs. Make a big announcement about some kind of tape, then produce an obvious fake rape, then say "see what the Russians did!" Or "see what Trump did!" Also put obvious bs out there and lump it with the real srtuff and say "you can't rely on stuff like that. See?"
