During the debate Hillary made the comment about it taking ‘4 minutes between President giving order and executing the strike’. She raised this by way of questioning Donald Trump’s ability to appropriately respond in the event he were placed in that position. People like Maria Shriver responded on social media to the comment, saying how this required calm decision making. But they miss a salient point. Why is Hillary Clinton disclosing that time period, that it takes 4 minutes? Now everyone knows how long it takes. Is this information that she really should have been sharing?

sounds about correct from the time issuing the order to it being carried out. No it should not of been publicly announced. She should suffer criminal prosacution for treason but that bitch seems to be above the law of man. May God take her.

According to Snopes, she wasn't lying, but the information was supposedly already public knowledge.

I doubt if the number 4 has any real significance. I was involved in the delivery system back in the horse and buggy days of atomic warfare. Even then the fail-safe was very complicated both civilian and military. In this age of minutes instead of hours, there must be human input at all times, more than one human, to be otherwise would be insane. The 4 minute thing may well START THE PROCESS, I doubt in any way it has anything to do with launch.
