War, War, War See other War, War, War Articles Title: U-Supported Terrorists Blocking Humanitarian Aid to Eastern Aleppo US-Supported Terrorists Blocking Humanitarian Aid to Eastern Aleppo by Stephen Lendman On Friday, Russia extended its humanitarian pause for another 24 hours - until 7:00PM local time Saturday evening unless maintained longer. It must decide whether to continue suspending its eastern Aleppo anti-terrorist aerial campaign or resume it because ceasefire failed - like all earlier attempts, futile efforts because Washington wants endless war. According to Russian General Sergey Rudskoy, terrorists used the temporary ceasefire to regroup and mobilize for attacking Aleppo from the southwest - with tanks, armored vehicles, artillery, and armor-piercing TOW missiles. On Friday, Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said maintaining the pause longer “depends on the way the process will continue. Until now militants’ exodus from the city has been sluggish.” Continuing a pause depends on “the process of ensuring security of the humanitarian convoy and on the approach the militants will choose, whether they continue aggressive offensives or not, whether they use this humanitarian pause for regrouping, rearmament and equipment modernization of the terrorist groups, set in the eastern parts of the city.” On Friday, Sergey Lavrov said al-Nusra and other terrorist groups “cooperat(ing) with them are… sabotaging UN efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to eastern Aleppo…” They continue shelling safe passage corridors, preventing civilians and other militants from leaving, risking death or serious injury if they try. “We are very much concerned that, despite the goodwill gestures that Moscow and Damascus have undertaken,” al-Nusra fighters “refus(e) to leave the city,” Lavrov added. Washington has done nothing “whatsoever (to) suppress this terrorist organization,” showing their fighters are being used to try toppling Assad. Addressing the General Assembly, Russian UN envoy Vitaly Churkin blasted notorious imperial tool Ban Ki-moon for failing to mention the presence of anti-Syrian terrorists in remarks he delivered to the body - US-supported death squads responsible for brutal atrocities. Separately, a disturbing Washington Post report indicated America’s “foreign policy elite are laying the groundwork for a more assertive…foreign policy” under Hillary’s leadership next year - something I explained earlier, warning of escalated conflict in Syria, risking direct confrontation with Russia. A Brookings Institution report due out in December “call(s) for more aggressive American action to constrain Iran, rein in the chaos in the Middle East, and check Russia in Europe,” said WaPo. Policies presented reflect Hillary’s views, including “stepped-up military action to (topple Assad and) deter…Russian forces in Syria.” She favors no-fly and safe zones. Establishing them assures “(y)ou’re going to kill a lot of Syrians,” she acknowledged, according to WikiLeaks released information on her comments. Last month, Joint Chiefs Chairman General “fighting Joe Dunford told Senate Armed Services members that “for us to control all of the airspace in Syria (by establishing a no-fly zone) would require us to go to war against Syria and Russia.” WaPo quoted an unnamed senior Obama administration official, saying “(y)ou can’t pretend you can go to war against Assad and not go to war against the Russians.” Hillary’s rage for war and anti-Russia militancy may assure it - an act of madness if launched.
