It was from one of those so called survival "experts" and he was recommending a specific type of greenhouse, to be more self sufficient in case of a society breakdown. He even gave some plans to build it. But in my opinion he is WAY Off!!!! Now appreciate the intention and yes, a greenhouse is a great way to gain independence and implement means of production in your preparedness, BUT there is one big big BIG factor, he completely missed, that could have a completely opposite effect and put your family at greater risk. That factor is, overtness and being too obvious. See, if you decide to invest and put your food production plan in a greenhouse, but then make it very obvious that its a greenhouse, how long do you think it'll be before you get looted or worse in the event of a societal breakdown? Are you actually putting your family at risk by putting a target on your back? But there's a different way,.
