Michael Chertoff

Chevy Chase MD 20815

Mr. Chertoff: I host a talk radio show and decided to write to you at home to make certain you know I’m serious.

Yesterday in Philadelphia, PA over 1,000 illegal aliens held a public rally in front of the building which houses The Liberty Bell. They were protesting pending legislation which would make their presence here a federal crime.

Not one of these filthy, brown-skinned, third-world slimebags was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a bureau of Homeland Security under your responsibility.

On October 23, 2003 one-thousand five-hundred other diseased, sub-humans who came here illegally from every third-world cesspool on earth, gathered in Liberty State Park in Jersey City, NJ demanding amnesty from our laws and none of them were arrested either.

Please pardon the bluntness of what I’m about to say, but I need to be blunt to convey my true emotions about this matter: I don’t know what the fuck you think you’re doing down there at Homeland Security, but you’d better get your skinny little jew ass in gear.

Unless you begin aggressively enforcing our immigration laws, I will use my talk radio show to spawn protests in front of your house.

Every time the Illegal aliens hold a public rally anywhere in this country, where none of them are arrested by ICE, I will cause a rally to happen in front of your house. I can even arrange similar rallies at your local Synagogue while you’re there; perhaps even at personal social functions you attend.

Sooner or later, your family, friends and neighbors are going to start becoming aggravated that your failure to do your job is causing these rallies to impact their blissful ignorance.

It will all be legal and non-violent, but rest assured it will be aggravating to no end! Maybe even embarrassing or humiliating!

Eventually, those family, friends and neighbors are going to start telling you to do what it takes to make these rallies stop. When family, friends and neighbors start getting on your back, you won’t be able to simply have security whisk them away to jail or have a Justice Department lawyer sue them to shut up.

Page two

In the meantime, I will sit here in New Jersey and monitor the news for reasons to spark more and more rallies wherever you are. With a few words into my microphone, your world will become cluttered with protesters.

So that’s the deal, Mike. Do your job better and I will have no reason to “petition the government for redress of grievances” in front of your house.

If you continue failing to do your job, life as you know it is going to become a sea of noisy rallies right where you live and breathe.

Don’t bother sending the FBI, Secret Service, DSS or any of those types of folks to see me about this. They cannot intimidate me and have no power to stop what I’m planning. The same holds true for Justice Department lawyers, Judges and courts. Free speech is a wonderful thing, isn’t it?

Have a nice day.

EDITORS NOTE: On February 21, 2006 at 8:15 PM EST, agents from the FBI visited me at my house over this letter. They told me it was "insulting" to which I replied "It was desgined to be." They suggested I could better make my points with less inflamatory language to which I replied "Being nice doesn't work." They departed wihtout incident.

As of 1:30 PM on February 22, countless others have sent me e-mails asking permission to insert _their name and address_ into the same letter and mail their copy to Chertoff. I have no objection ot anyone doing that. -- HT

Why don't these KGB-wannabes open a frickin' charm school instead? It'd be a better use of our tax dollars than this f*cking Gestapo-type intimidation over someone exercising the "goddam piece of paper" right to petition for redress of grievances.

Jew Jersy Hal's got a lot to say about illegal immigrants, but not a squeak about the fifth column Zionist/JUDEO-Christian occupied Washington, D.C., whom are a far greater menace.

What do you have to say about that, Hal?

I also do not believe Hal can spawn the rallies he claims he can through the power, or lack thereof, of his radio mic.

Basically, the Feds sent agents to tell a citizen to "be nice". That's like Heidi Fleiss sending two whores to someone's house to tell them to "be chaste".

While I agree with the point Hal is making, he could have gone the entire length of his letter without resorting to derogatory statements against poor and oppressed people.

The need for strict immigration is not up for debate in my mind. It must be done. But the manner in which it is done will determine our ultimate moral course.

To be honest, I've never been fan of Turner's. But that he has the cojones to mail a letter to Chertoff's house and tell him to get it in gear makes him aces in my book.

JRadcliffe: " The need for strict immigration is not up for debate in my mind. It must be done. But the manner in which it is done will determine our ultimate moral course."

Absolutely correct, my friend. The depravity that has brought us to this point can't be countered with further depravity.

He should have seriously asked as the agents have so much free times to make a home visit over a vehement letter do they intend to raid the next organized illegal alien rally and make arrests? That should have been asked and/or requested.

In 1947, the UN created a perpetual war and named it Israel.

Are you kind'n? I've got RBN bookmarked, Radio Free America is a favorite. I also like Frankly Speaking with Frank Walen. Actually, RBN is the only radio I listen to.

Just got finished listening to Frank interview Texe Marrs.
