In 1960s America, a young couple struggle to expose the truth about a hidden alien invasion, while a secret government organization follows its own agenda in dealing with the threat. Poster Comment: This was one of if not THE best TV dramas concerning US government involvement in dealing with UFOs. It eclipses the X-Files in historical context, using famous characters over the years between 1947 through the 90's to inject background into the story. Oddly enough it only lasted one season. Perhaps it was a little too close to the truth for some people's liking.

Actually, the show was about how the aliens were infiltrating the world's governments and institutions, which isn't THAT far fetched of a notion. Hippies were actually pretty decent people and were largely responsible for ending the Vietnam War. We could use them in this day and age, unfortunately they all died off or became part of the system they so despised back in the day. Never heard of that movie you posted. I'll need to look it up sometime, seems like it might be amusing. LOL, no! Junkies suck! Kill them, on sight, you are doing the world a favor! :)
