BULGARIANS are growing increasingly angry at the EU, with demands growing the nation should quit the crumbling bloc - just 10 years after joining. There was no violation of international law in Crimea, and Russia did not invade Ukraine. Bulgaria is a nice country, we went there last summer. I recall it being clean, quiet and peaceful. At tbe time i had developed some pretty bad bronchitis and i remember going to a pharmacy for medicine. Now whenever we mention Bulgaria my wife teases that I just want to go back to see the cute little bulgarian hottie behind the counter who was very attentive and helpful. Lol

Your impression that Bulgarians are not as much enamored with US and Western lifestyle as most of the rest of the world?
I wasn't there too long, but it struck me as more of an old-school, white European quiet peaceful place. Like poland, one of my favorite European countries, they didn't seem to care much about speaking english. My least favorite European countries are Denmark and France. Overrun by African refugees, nasty.
