It would be cheaper to bring our troops home from South Korea/Japan/Okinawa/Europe/Africa/Middle East and station two men in a pup tent every 100 yards, from Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific Ocean. Give them rations, a crate of ammo, and have supply trucks running when needed. That'll stop the nonsense overnight.

Better yet...put a one hundred dollar bounty on any "illegal" and the problem would be solved in a month. I would drag some of my relatives in swear this wuz illegal.
