(Mike Rivero: This gives you a list of sponsors to contact and tell them you will NOT be watching the Superbowl if Lady gaga is the half-time show!)

The 50th Super Bowl has officially come to a close and residents across Denver are celebrating their victory. As players and fans on both teams pack their bags and depart San Francisco, we already have our eyes on the future.

Super Bowl LI, on February 5th, 2017, is less than a year away and, commercial junkies that we are, we’re already looking forward to the 2017 Super Bowl commercials. While obviously there is no official word yet on who will advertise in Super Bowl LI, here is a list of…

The 8 Super Bowl 2017 Commercials We Can’t Wait to See

1. Doritos

After 10 years of running their Crash the Super Bowl contest, next year Doritos will actually have to create their own Super Bowl commercial. Will the creative minds at this leading chip company be able to come up with something as awesome as any one of these?

Here’s a compilation of the past 10 years of Doritos’ Crash the Super Bowl contest winners:

Needless to say, we’re curious to see what a Doritos Super Bowl commercial will look like when they make it themselves!

2. Wix

This was the second year in a row that Wix created a fantastic, creative Super Bowl campaign. While their two Big Game commercials were wildly different, we loved them both. In Super Bowl XLIX, the Wix commercial featured five former NFL stars each starting up their own new business in their post-football lives.

This year, Wix teamed up with DreamWorks animation to create a hilarious Super Bowl parody ad starring the cast of Kung Fu Panda.

While we have no idea what route Wix might take in 2017, we are confident it’ll be a good one!

3. Budweiser

Budweiser took a risk this year with their 2016 Super Bowl commercial. Leaving cute puppies in the dust, they created one ad starring Helen Mirren as a PSA against drunk driving and a second hardcore commercial designed to highlight their product and promote it as “not to be sipped” and “not for everyone.”

How will fans react to Budweiser’s new ad direction? Will the puppies be back for the 2017 Super Bowl or are they “Lost Puppies” for good? We’ll just have to wait a whole year to find out!

4. Victoria’s Secret

This year’s Super Bowl was markedly low on the flesh factor. Unlike during the 2015 Super Bowl when we were treated to lust-inducing ads by Carl’s Jr., Victoria’s Secret and Game of War, this year’s game was rather PG. We’re placing our faith in Victoria’s Secret that they’ll come back for the 2017 Super Bowl in full force.

In the meantime, we still enjoy watching (and re-watching) their 2015 Super Bowl commercial:

5. BMW

We want Katie and Bryant back! While this year’s Mini Super Bowl commercial was good, it didn’t hold a candle to the amazing BMW Super Bowl XLIX (2015) commercial starring Katie Couric and Bryant Gumbel. We’re looking forward to a BMW Big Game ad in 2017 that’s as unforgettable, clever and hilarious as “Newfangled Idea.”

6. Mountain Dew

Mountain Dew managed to Kickstart something unforgettable with their quirky, hilarious Super Bowl commercial this year. (Is there an office in America where people aren’t going around saying, “PuppyMonkeyBaby” today?) Since we thought this ad was the funniest commercial of Super Bowl 50, we definitely have high hopes for the 2017 Mountain Dew Super Bowl ad.

7. Skittles

Steven Tyler has us Dreaming On about next year’s Skittles commercial. Skittles has taken on a creative (and vastly different) approach in each of their past two Super Bowl campaigns. This year, in addition to the funny sing-off between Steve and his self-portrait, they also had DeMarcus Ware and Luke Keuchly deliver some hilarious weather forecasts.

With these original, integrated campaigns from the rainbow-colored candies, our expectations are sky-high for Super Bowl LI.

8. Snickers

You never know who might star in a Snickers ad. From Betty White and Danny Trejo to Steve Buscemi and Willem Dafoe, they’ve also got a great cast on board to help them remind us that “you’re not you when you’re hungry,” so you better have a Snickers on hand to curb your ravenous rage. Will they continue to promote this tagline in a Snickers Super Bowl 2017 commercial? Or will they try a new route?

How can Snickers possibly outdo Marilyn Monroe?
