When you're not pooping regularly you feel like... well, let's face it... crap. And it's likely because you've got serious problems brewing... Your heart, brain, liver, kidneys, skin and your whole immune system are all in jeopardy when you can't "go" regularly. Why you're still constipated even though you take fiber supplements. Why it takes days to "go" even though you take probiotics... Or why you're straining to pass "rocks" even though you're guzzling gallons of water... You've got to take a closer look at the poo coming out of you... So you can know what's going on inside of you! Do you poo hard lumps that look like nuts? Or how about sausage shaped doo-doo that's lumpy? Maybe you poop soft blobs with clear edges... or fluffy pieces with ragged edges? There are 7 official types of poo. And they all provide a clue as to why you can or can't go. Virginia Tims-Lawson Chief Research Officer Peak Wellness Nutrition P.S. You're still constipated... even though you eat fiber and take fiber supplements. What gives? Consuming more fiber will only make your poo larger... and harder to push out. Humans just don't have the digestive enzymes to break down so much insoluble fiber. No wonder you're in pain every time you poo... The Poop on Probiotics! The good news is you CAN reset
rebuild
and revitalize your intestinal flora when you boost your levels of beneficial bacteria called probiotics. You may be taking probiotic supplements to boost your levels of beneficial bacteria for digestion and bowel health. Many folks do. But heres a big problem probiotic manufacturers dont want you to know
Billions of probiotics get wiped out before they even get on the store shelf
and BILLIONS more are DEAD ON ARRIVAL in your gut! Probiotics supplements may claim to contain 10
20
30 billion or more Colony-Forming Units (CFUs) in every serving. But the truth is thats nowhere near the amount you get! In fact
you may be getting little to NONE of these probiotics in your gut! You see
Probiotics are extremely delicate. They can be destroyed by
Heat Sitting on a shelf Antibiotics Numerous prescription drugs Coffee Carbonated beverages Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) found in fruit juices Chlorine from drinking water Preservatives and additives in foods Stress And much more! So instead of hoping you get those beneficial bacteria from your probiotic supplements
a much better alternative is to create the best environment to grow the exact intestinal flora your body needs! Beneficial Bacteria in your colon LOVE prebiotics! L. acidophilus, L. fermentum, L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, L. salivarius, L. paracasei, L. gasseri, L. reuteri, B. bifidum, B. longum, B. infantis, B. coagulans, S. salivarius K12, S. salivarius K12B. Every gardener knows before you plant seeds youve got to provide fertile soil
Well, the same is true with probiotics! In order for beneficial bacteria to take root, colonize and grow in your digestive tract they need a rich food supply. So how do you feed beneficial bacteria? With PREbiotics! Ever heard of prebiotics? Theyre PRIMO fertilizer for your intestinal tract! These microbial workhorses contain the carbohydrates, soluble fiber and other important foods that beneficial bacteria need to ferment and break down food particles. By fertilizing your intestinal soil with rich nutrients beneficial bacteria can thrive and your body can grow the right bacteria thats needed at the right time! And since youre creating probiotics right in your gut and not taking them in pills or powders
you KNOW for certain the billions of beneficial bacteria they create are ALIVE ready and able to keep your digestive tract healthy! Heres how to naturally fertilize your intestinal flora for just right poo size! Winner, winner -- chicken dinner! It's type 5! Take a look at Type 5 poo. Its what I call the Baby Bear of Poo. Not too hard. Not too soft. Just right. Type 5 poo is soft enough to pass through your intestinal tract and it comes out with little to no strain or pain. Plop, plop and youre done! Thats because this poo contains the right amount of bacteria to keep it soft without making it too bulky! To get this ideal poo type youve got to have intestinal fertilizer to feed beneficial bacteria! And now you can because
Peak Colon Support contains the remarkable prebiotic called inulin the meal of choice for intestinal bacteria! For example
a healthy colon needs billions of the bacteria known as Bifidobacterium. Thats because Bifidobacterium has been shown to help
Prevent diarrhea Fight bowel illnesses Soothe irritable bowels Ease symptoms caused by radiation or chemotherapy Lower cholesterol Create energy And much more But Bifidobacterium will DIE without its staple food, inulin! However most of us simply dont eat enough of the foods that contain a rich source of inulin. I mean, think about it
when was the last time your dinner plate was full of chicory root
Jerusalem artichoke
and leeks? But the good news is

Didn't read article. Poops should be about 60% bacteria, correct? And the rest should be poblano, beans, and rice. Well, it works for me, eat what you want, paisono.
After eight years of Bummer, the whole country is in poo' shape. Maybe with Trump things will "shape up."
The main problem is the size of national debt. I was reading David Stockman and he said when he was budget director under Reagan, the debt was $1 Trillion. Now under Obummer it has grown to $20 Trillion. This debt is now unmanageable.
