Thomas Warwick Too many people have experienced the gestapo tactics of CPS across this country. My very good friend that has passed away, Daniel Kelley, spent the last years of his life fighting San Diego, Ca. CPS for other people and their children with much success in the courts and often times without having to even go to court. As horrible as the CPS situation is even worse atrocities are being comitted by the authorities there and other places under COLOR OF LAW. That means your freaking tax dollars are paying these perverts to grab children out of good homes (especially those home schooling) and then peddle them off to other perverts. Another case I personally became involved in was that of a lady (that I never met) named Barbara Steel. She was accused of many things that were never supported by an iota of evidence after her 18 month old son fell off of the kitchen table striking his head on his tricycle subsequently convulsing. He was ultimately taken to Children's Hospital in San Diego, Ca. where upon admittance his mother (who was under arrest at the time) was asked "if your child should expire would you allow for his organs to be donated" ? His mother said yes, and that was the end for her son. Her son died 5 days later and even before the autopsy his body had been stripped of all vital organs. The cause of death was originally claimed to be "Shaken baby syndrome" and the mother charged with 1st degree murder. The authorities "KNEW" that was a lie and they lied about other things like drugs were involved without ever testing Barbara or finding any drugs in her home. It's actually a method of obtaining FEDERAL FUNDS for the arresting agency. (More tax dollars at work). Her family hired a lawyer and paid his 10,000 dollar retainer only to have him acquiesce to the prosecutor's claims and have her bound over for trial. The attorney immediately withdrew from her case stating his mother had been hospitalized and he was unable to "focus" ! At this point the local office of V.O.C.A.L. (Victims of Child Abuse Laws) contacted my friend Dan Kelley for assistance. Dan had too much on his plate at the time to help so he called me. I had been helped by Dan and felt obligated to do what I could to help this lady. VOCAL supplied me with all of the paperwork related to the case including police reports, admitting doctor's statements, coroner's report and etc. After reading and deciphering the technical language of these reports it became very clear that an accident had taken place not a murder. The police had reported that drugs were involved and that was a lie, but the worst was yet to come. One of the original doctors had filed a report stating unequivocally that there were none of the signs consistent with shaking syndrome. He was later "convinced" by a prosecutor to change his opinion. The autopsy report was consistent with the mother's claim that the child had fallen off of the kitchen table and struck his head on the axle of his tricycle. Yet, the charges remained 1st degree murder. After her attorney Thomas Warwick bailed on her a Public Defender was appointed. I had prepared a file to demonstrate the fraud being conducted against this young lady (21 and illiterate) and hand delivered it to the public defender's office. I asked to speak to her lawyer but was informed she was very busy and unavailable. I was finally able to reach her by phone and detected that her attitude was this was just another case among many that she was expected to handle. I informed her that this appeared to me, a casual observer, to be a body parts sales scheme being conducted by Children's Hospital (Joan Kroc of MacDonald's fame and Dan Fouts football star were board members) with the complicity of the Police Dept. and others including the Public Defender's Office. Ultimately I made numerous copies of the file and distributed them to 60 Minutes, 20/20, FrontLine, the San Diego Union, and others. None of them ever responded to me directly but I believe one or more of them made it clear to those involved to get rid of this matter. In the mean time this lady was beaten twice by other inmates at the Las Colinas women's Correction Facility and kept drugged up. Her other child (a daughter) had been taken from her and placed with CPS. I spoke with her on the phone upon hearing that they had offered to reduce the charges to (2nd degree murder, and then manslaughter). She had been imprisoned for 5 months at that time. I asked her what her intentions were and she told me she wanted out of jail more than anything. She was facing 25 years in prison as well. I asked her to be patient because something was going on and it looked like they were trying to clear her case. The authorities then dropped the charges to child neglect and agreed to give her credit for time served and release her from custody. She took the deal against my wishes, but I couldn't blame her. This matter burned me out and soon after I moved to Texas. I don't even know if she ever got her daughter back from CPS. Today I looked up CPS in San Diego and found an article that I think is relevant. I'm going to post it as a new article.
My God. What a demonically-controlled "system" in charge of 'protecting' the children in this nation. When I first saw the '800,000' children abducted each year in this country, I scoffed that it could not possibly be real. The more I see, the more real it gets.
