It would at least BE a solution.
Anyone buying these pants is too stupid to be allowed out of the house by themselves. If a woman can put them on,a man can take them off.
Can't you just see women in your minds eye struggling to get the locks off and all the laces unlaced while trying to deal with a sudden pressing trip to the bathroom?
I may be wrong,but I am GUESSING that a rapist with a box knife could cut them off a hell of a lot quicker than she can unlace and unlock them.
