RI... Victoria Nuland. Some people know her as the crazy lady who handed out baked snacks to molotov-throwers at Maidan. Other people know her as the crazy lady who famously told her colleague that the European Union should be penetrated in a violent sexual way.

Of course, Victoria's official title was Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs. We say "was" because Donald Trump fired her scabby white rump. Now she can spend more time at home with her cookies.
