If you are pissed at the government, you go after the government, NOT innocent civilians.
The sad thing aside from the damage suffered by innocent people is that we will never be certain of the truth.

I just hate senseless killing. I wish these fools would realize that killing a dozen, a few dozen, or even a few hundred commoners doesn't change anything. Of course the leaders will cry crocodile tears; but, the fact is, as long as they are not one of the injured or killed, they really don't care because to them killing up to several hundred commoners doesn't matter. However, just kill one of the leaders and that does make a difference. These fools should realize that killing just one leader or VIP has more effect than killing several hundred commoners and, if they can't target a VIP, they shouldn't target anyone.
ISIS supporters are praising an explosion on a St. Petersburg subway train that has killed at least nine people and injured 50 others, according to Russian media reports. “We ask Allah to bless the operation by the lions of the Caliphate, we ask Allah to kill the Crusaders,” said an ISIS supporter from the terror group’s al-Minbar online forum. Others celebrated by saying that the Monday bombs made for “a metro to hell for the worshipers of the Cross” and claimed that the attacks — which are still under investigation by Russian authorities — were revenge for Russia’s backing of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s fight against ISIS and other rebel groups in Syria’s civil war.
