Ransomeware

I can tell you that the guy that put it on my machine, it sounded like he was in a boiler room with all the background noise.

He called me when the tech had my machine and said, "We have your password for you." I said, "You put that crap on my machine. don't ever call me again."

They wanted $650 to give me the password. But the tech said even if you pay them, there is no way to know if they have removed all of it. I gave the tech $40 for his services. ;)
