Roger Elvick was full of it when I talk to him about 15 years ago when I live in Lebanon. You cannot use an "Assignment of Account" to buy a pickup truck. And you cannot take the other party into "involuntary bankruptcy".

You can only use the "Assignment" to discharge "pay" taxes or court fines. That is the way Howard G. taught it, and that is the way it really works.
