An American cowboy and famous FB star was driving when he spotted a guy walking down the street with this pants sagging down. “I was driving down the street the other day when I saw a trio of young men walking along the roadside clad in what has become a sort of uniform: pants hanging below their rear end, strung up loosely by a belt or held in place by their upper appendages,” he said.
“The only covering for their private parts is whatever pair of underwear they care to rep that day.”

A few years back, somewhere in south Austin near Costco, I was going up a few stairs from the parking lot into a burger joint. Ahead of me was a young man with a 3-4 year old boy in tow, checking his sag every few steps. I growled at him, "Pull your pants up. You're a father now, act like one."
