Can't say that Judge Gloria didn't try her best, but she shouldn't expect to be promoted.

Looks like jury nullification is kicking the Federal prosecutors in their asses.

Excellent...

Stacked deck.

Land "owner" is Federal.. Police are Federal. Prosecutor is Federal. Judge is Federal.

Hang Charlie Citizen for having the gall to disobey. Lon Horiuchi is alive and well and living on a Federal pension.

No it won't. Doesn't fit with the leftist media narrative.

When government gains the power to control the use of private property, it becomes possible for the politically dominant to profit by high commodity prices using government regulation to constrain supply. One merely drives competitors out of business by manipulating the perception of risk to a land use preferred by a democratic majority. - Mark Edward Vande Pol

This was a win but the fight has only just begun. Now it's time to sue the feds for killing their cattle and their friends.

Jury nullification is acquitting (or convicting) against the evidence or against the written law. As far as I can tell, the jury did no such thing because there was not sufficient evidence to convict.

Land "owner" is Federal..

Actually, no, although the fedgov claims it. The fedgove only owns the District of Criminals real estate, the land federal court houses sit on, military bases and maybe a few other pieces.
