In less than a fortnight, more than 70,000 people have signed a petition accusing billionaire investor George Soros of sedition against the US and demanding that he and his affiliates be declared “domestic terrorists” and that his assets be seized. The petition was initially launched on August 20 by “E.B.” on the White House petitions website and has gained more than 70,500 signatures as of Friday morning. If it reaches the threshold of 100,000 signatures before September 19, the White House will have to provide a formal response. George Soros is a Hungarian-American billionaire with a net worth of $25 billion and 33rd richest man in the world, according to Forbes. The 87-year-old investing heavyweight is behind many organizations and projects, some of which have been the target of criticism for years. His Open Society Foundation, along with USAID and the National Endowment for Democracy, have been accused of fomenting color revolutions to install governments friendly to the US – from Serbia in 2000 to Ukraine in 2014. September 01, 2017 A petition to declare billionaire George Soros a terrorist and to seize his U.S. assets has quickly surpassed 70,000 signatures and is nearing the threshold where the White House is required to respond. Whereas George Soros has willfully and on an ongoing basis attempted to destabilize and otherwise commit acts of sedition against the United States and its citizens, has created and funded dozens (and probably hundreds) of discrete organizations whose sole purpose is to apply Alinsky model terrorist tactics to facilitate the collapse of the systems and Constitutional government of the United State, and has developed unhealthy and undue influence over the entire Democrat Party and a large portion of the US Federal government, the DOJ should immediately declare George Soros and all of his organizations and staff members to be domestic terrorists, and have all of his personal an organizational wealth and assets seized under Civil Asset Forfeiture law. Soros has direct financial ties with a number of left-wing organizations, including Antifa. As of this writing, the petition has nearly 75,000 signatures. If it receives 100,000 signatures by Sept. 19, the White House is technically required to respond—although petitions that have crossed that threshold have been ignored in the past. Other petitions that have already surpassed 100,000 signatures within 30 days include one to declare Antifa as a terrorist organization (now at more than 332,000 signatures with 15 days to go), and one to repeal the National Firearms Act of 1934 and fully restore Second Amendment-protected rights in the U.S. (ended in February with more than 276,000 signatures). With Congress being controlled by a foreign power the system is already in a state of collapse.
