World renowned physicist Dr. Michio Kaku made a shocking confession on live TV when he admitted that HAARP is responsible for the recent spate of hurricanes. In an interview aired by CBS, Dr. Kaku admitted that recent ‘man-made’ hurricanes have been the result of a government weather modification program in which the skies were sprayed with nano particles and storms then “activated” through the use of “lasers”. In the interview (below), Michio Kaku discusses the history of weather modification, before the CBS crew stop him in his tracks. The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was created in the early 1990’s as part of an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

Yes, the buck stops at the Oval Office. The headline should read... President Trump Responsible For HAARP Hurricanes. Are you sure about that? The Maunder Minimum also has some bearing on weather and other things. When this solar cycle is in effect, the earth's temperature cools. Some say this HAARP program is capable of weather modification. Yes indeed. For those not technically inclined in electronics, just take a look at the in plain sight physical apparatus. The military offered to GIVE THE OPERATION AWAY TO ANY COLLEGE FOR FURTHER RESEARCH, no takers.

I don't buy the weather modification theory. I know a lot do and after 9/11 you feel it's plausible though. When government gains the power to control the use of private property, it becomes possible for the politically dominant to profit by high commodity prices using government regulation to constrain supply. H in HAARP stands for ...high frequency. LF and HF transmissions bounce back to earth off the ionosphere which lies about 50 to 600 miles above the earth. That study was what HAARP was about.
Pure horseshit. I can't say anything factual regarding the hurricane's creation but you're right about Dr. Michio Kaku. He's a regular at UFO conferences and on Coast To Coast.
My interest and education about antics of HF radio began about 1950. Flying in and out of Tokyo at night was a bitch because of reporting restrictions to ATC. I could not talk with Tokyo a hundred miles out but could communicate loud and clear with an Air force base in Florida. Flying south in Pacific was ok until the sun came up, then we were screwed. It was interesting but I learned a lot. In 1960 with FAA, we became aware the government had over the horizon radar, something that was impossible to us. Such is so simple a concept when attached to first class computer.
Russians, in retaliation to the sanctions, created the hurricanes by releasing a butterfly from a sub at a strategic point on the ocean. Its flutter modified air currents which gave birth to a hurricane.

In the Air Force, we were "cloud seeding" back 70 years ago and did not know it.... We carried gasoline, nothing else, high enough altitude, vapor trails, descend they vanish. Ignorant as we were, we sort of figured out the science of such.
