It is an established fact that our spendthrift Congress has borrowed all the money from the Social Security fund and spent it on other things related to the MIC. ;)

And one thing he points out is that the Constitution is suspended because W. signed the bill that created the War on Terror. Because of this we are now in a state of war and the Constitution is suspended. But they still operate under it as much as possible to keep the sheeple in line. ;)
