One thing my sister told me a few years back was that all the shootings in Chicago are black on black and either gang or drug related. If that is true, then Chicago needs a DEA Task Force to fight the drug problems in the city. As for gangs, the best way to get to them is neighborhood watch programs and community policing. I knew the beat cops when I lived in Chicago and they always appreciated good tips. ;)

I was making a flower delivery to a hospital on the west side. It was on a side street and I had to slow at a cross street for other traffic. There were a couple of black guys leaning against a parked car. It was warm and I had the window down. One of them reached in the window and tried to grab the ignition keys. I had the police flashlight on the engine cover. I grabbed it and thumped him in the head.
When I pulled up to the hospital, I walk in with the flowers and there was a black security guard sitting at a desk. I told him, "Hey man, these two niggers just tried to rob me." He said, "Yeah? I call the police." The cops caught them in the Emergency Room getting the guy's head stitched up. Talk about stupid. LOL
