several years ago, i saw this on a discovery channel show, they were making snipers and tanks see through, pretty much.

which means, its been in use already for a while, now that it is making its way to the civilian mkt.

incidentally, there have been reports of 'invisible' planes....you can hear em, but nothing is there....and not like your fast moving jets, but prop planes....i had this happen once, and i could not find the damn thing and it was right over head...don't mean i didn't miss it, but still, this shows the tech is out there.

and if this is possible, this is the tip of the iceberg.
