Baughs Awaken America Campaign America s Descent Into Absolute Despotism There is no longer any doubt; it has happened; the evidence is overwhelming. That which the founders of America feared the most, and sought to protect us, their posterity from, has come about. It did not happen overnight; it has taken several generations over the past 230 years, for the subtle, invisible chains of statutory slavery to be forged into the heavy yoke of bondage we now fine around our necks. Thus, moist of this generation is unaware of this heavy burden, for they lived their entire lives carrying the load under strong delusions, believing they are free, when in reality, there is no such true freedom in America; the only freedom we have is conditional; to obey our insolent, disobedient political trustees we allow to run the corporate fiction creature government image of ours, whove usurped our inherent political power from us. As first President, George Washington warned, government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force! Like fire, if contained, it is a dangerous servant, but if allowed to spread, will become a fearful master. In his farewell address, September 17, 1796, Washington warned us that the forming of political parties would lead to absolute despotism and ruination of our public liberty; that such political parties agitates the community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms, and kindles the animosity of one part against another, and foments occasionally, riot and insurrection, and opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which find a facilitated access to the government itself, through the channels of party passions.
In government purely elective, it is a spirit not to be encouraged. From their natural tendency, it is certain there will always be enough of that spirit for every salutary purpose. And there being constant danger of excess, the effort ought to be, by force of public opinion, to mitigate and assuage it. A fire not to be quenched, it demands a uniform vigilance to prevent its bursting into a flame, lest, instead of warming, it should consume. Washington went on to warn us to keep those running government
within their respective constitutional spheres, avoiding, in the exercise of the powers of one department, to encroach upon another. The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the power of all departments in one, and this to create, whatever the form of government, a real despotism. A first estimate of that lover of power, and proness to abuse it which predominates in the human heart, is sufficient to satisfy us of the truth of this position. The state legislators have, through de facto, extra-constitutional, legislative creature administrative agencies, which cleverly masquerade themselves as component parts of the executive branch of government, effectively combined the three separate powers of government under statutory authority foreign to the State & Federal Constitutions and common law,. Thereby usurping the inherent political power held inviolate by the people themselves who are sovereign, and who comprise the several States of the Union . The few of us knowledgeable, true American patriots, who recognize such usurpation and stealthy encroachment for the absolute despotism it is, and diligently work to expose it, and the usurpers who practice it, sounding the alarm as watchmen (Ezekiel Ch. 33) by word and by deed, to awaken our sleeping kinsmen of the impending calamity that is certain to befall us if we fail to repent, and turn back to our Creator/Savior and His perfect Law of Liberty, are severely persecuted by the quisling political usurpers under color of law, and labeled as criminals: and charged, convicted and imprisoned at public expense for our sacrificial exercise of right, duty and responsibility, in love of our fellow countrymen, our sacred Liberty and Freedom, and our Country. When those we allow to run government, enact and enforce unjust statues solely to protect their usurpations and oppression, from us true patriotic Americans, rightfully enforcing the Constitutions, as has happened in America, evidenced by political prisoners such as myself, it is absolute despotism. Thus we see weve failed to heed Washington s solemn warning and
it has happened to [us] according to the true proverb [26:11], the dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire. (See II Peter 2:14-22). http://www.davebaugh.blogspot.com (Signed) David G. Baugh, #1098495 Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread
