Billionaire Michael Novogratz has unveiled plans to launch a full-service merchant bank dedicated to cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based ventures, with the aim of getting listed on Canada’s TSX Venture Exchange. The firm, named Galaxy Digital, is building a “best-in-class, full-service, institutional-quality merchant banking business in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space,” according to Novogratz, as quoted by Bloomberg. Galaxy Digital will reportedly focus on such areas as trading, principal investing, asset management and advisory work. Novogratz, a former chief investment officer for Fortress, describes the new enterprise as the Goldman Sachs of crypto, according to a person familiar with his plans, according to Bloomberg. The venture will not offer any services to US residents, according to the press release. The bitcoin investment guru is also planning to buy Canadian crypto startup First Coin Capital Corp. Then, it is expected to merge with a Canadian shell company, Bradmer Pharmaceuticals. The entity will be used to raise $201 million in a private placement of stock next month. In December, Novogratz rejected the idea of launching his much-anticipated crypto hedge fund, citing unfavorable market conditions. The billionaire, who has been very bullish on cryptocurrencies over the past year, once predicted that bitcoin would be worth $40,000 by 2019. Novogratz said investors are putting money into cryptocurrencies due to the lack of trust in financial institutions following the 2008 economic meltdown. As long as you have money as a basis for record keeping there will always be swindles. Can only avoid them by replacing money with a merit-reward system.
I believe that swindles are with us forever as man is prone to cheat the vulnerable. The swindle of the current banking system operated by the FED RESERVE is an open and blatant swindle made legal by the FED GOVT because it is completely indebted to and owned outright by this combine of filth known as international bankers. The legal ramifications go pretty much unnoticed by the general public because they are busy with their iPhones, or otherwise couldn't care less about the Constitution, which plainly states that “[No State shall] make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts;“ The "LAW" changes from that of common law to that of commercial law through the usage of commercial paper. The system in the US under the FED RESERVE is currently one of a commercial nature and each individual is confined (incarcerated actually) within the laws of commerce and there exists NO CONSTITUTION. (Otherwise we would still be on the gold standard). The primary reason that this system is destroying America is because it unjustly commits the private citizen to become a participant in commerce in order to conduct daily routine activities such as shopping for groceries, buying a newspaper or even an auto. There is nothing wrong with commerce as long as those participating in it are aware of their position and willingly enter into commerce. What has transpired by way of legislation and fraud is that everyone and every activity is considered commerce when it truly isn't. Today, a baby born without obligation to anyone is considered a (human) resource and given a number for the purpose of obligating that baby to the debt of his/her predecessors owed to the NWO run by international bankers. Truth be told, that number is described as the MARK of the BEAST (in my opinion) because it is described as "the number of a man's name" ! Those that choose to quibble and rationalize their participation in this system will make a myriad of excuses for utilizing the SS System, which originally mandated that the number NOT BE USED AS I.D., yet now is required to not only identify people but to do pretty much anything like conduct day to day activities such as get a job, open a bank account, qualify for use of public utilities and etc. If, as we're told, we live in a free country then now would be the time to reject the use of this number because when the time comes and we're informed openly that we're NOT FREE it will be so much harder to reject and the penalty more severe. EDIT: Most disturbing to me is the fact that so many knowledgeable folks (especially Christians) will be "bitter clingers" to the bitter end of a system that in their hearts they know is pure evil and supports everything that they "claim" to oppose. In a meritocracy everyone provided with the basics of food, shelter, clothing,transport, medical, internet so no need to con, steal, cheat to survive. For perks beyond these you earn merit points for wealth/services produced and which are registered in data banks and which entitle you to better accommodation, etc. So impossible to swindle, even for a Jew.
Sounds a lot like communism to me ... laid out as if all things operate according to a plan or outline, which they never do. Think about the enslavement under a system that controls everything and determines merit ! By the way, Jews may be the best swindlers on earth but they have a lot of copy-cat swindlers in every country on earth of every ethnicity. I would be the first person to point out the disproportionate amount of harm the Jews do to humanity ... but they are not alone !
