I take a swig of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar straight from the bottle every morning. Even though I do not mix it with raw honey, I do have some raw honey here that I use on dry cereal. My Dad was constipated and they were giving him Miralax in the nursing home. ;)
Most honey sold in the store never saw a bee. Just junk. They said real honey with real stuff floating around in it. Manuka honey from New Zealand is the most medicinal honey available.

If there is one thing I know it is honey. I was a beekeeper when I lived in Illinois. I had some really great honey. When I moved I could not take the hives with me. But there was another beekeeper nearby that took over my 3 hives.
You are right about Manuka honey. It has some really great medicinal uses. I had a bottle of it a few of years back but it is long gone. ;)
