This home on Plymouth Drive in Sunnyvale, Calif. recently set the highest price per square foot ever recorded by the Multiple Listing Service. The two bedroom, two bath home - 848 square feet in size - sold in two days for $2 million. It had been listed for $1.45 million. That means it sold for $2,358 per square foot, which is the highest price per square foot in Sunnyvale recorded by MLS Listings which has data going back to Jan. 1, 2000. (Courtesy Michael Silver) Wiki: Sunnyvale is 43% white. Wiki: Fremont High in Sunnyvale is 26% white. Poster Comment: So even if you can afford to pay $2 million for a small house, your daughter will get raped and your son beaten up. Ain't unlimited immigration grand.

Sunnyvale is non-white and middle class. It is not Oakland or east LA. Whites are a minority so also are Latinos. Lots of Asians and Filipinos. It is legal to rape white girls in the schools. Whites are trapped there. Very few can afford to pay $1.8 million to get into a white-Asian district like Cupertino where white girls are not raped. With parents paying $4,000 rent, they have little left over to send their kids either to a private or a parochial school.

Fresno school officials in the 1990s told me they would flunk a white girl right out of high school (so she could never go to college) if she dared to file a rape complaint against a Mexican.
