I take one capsule of garlic and cayenne every morning. Combining those two really gives it a kick in the pants.

The woman at the health store said that garlic and cayenne were around long before the other (meds). ;)

I use the garlic/cayenne combo caps. Good stuff for my system.

That is good stuff too. I just take the combo capsule. I do not recall seeing Kyolic at that particular store. But it is likely more costly. ;)
