We must hope to God it's true and that Russia will be able to keep at least one step ahead of DC in such tech. No doubt DC could have used electronic warfare on the target countries all these years if it felt it absolutely couldn't live without messing them over, but that's not MELODRAMATIC enough. There's no glory for generals or profits for Raytheon in it, above all no satisfaction for vampire Israel.

No fear. DC steals so much money out of the Pentagon that only the scum is allowed to rise to the top. We spent more on failing weapons fiascoes like the F-35 than the Russians spend on their entire military including weapons that do work.
