The North Korean leader crossed the border into South Korea on Friday, marking the first time a North Korean leader has ever set foot on South Korean side. The two leaders have agreed to discuss a peace treaty to formally end the Korean War, in which a UN force led by the United States fought for the South, and China fought for the North from 1950 to 1953. However, no peace treaty has been signed since then, meaning the United States and South Korea are technically still at war with North Korea.

Tramp, sorry Trump, did not do anything to cause the North and the South to get together. Kim made the call and it happened. This is a wake up call to every county in the world, you do not meed weapons, you need to sit down and talk. BUT talking does not make people rich.
The Japs started WW II in order to get raw materials to support their war aims. We sold Japan all of our scrap steel and they used it to build their fleet of ships to wage war. They did not talk, and when the Japanese diplomats finally went to Cordell Hull to present their demands, the attack at Pearl Harbor had already gone off. The Japs were late because of translation difficulties.
