Israel is the bully. We all should take this very seriously. I’m tired of the the U.S being the employee as Israel remains the company. We succeeded from Britian, won ww1, won ww2 to have been taken over by a foreign power without one shot fired. They literally own us. They point their finger and we do it.

We should never say it's for "no reason". There's always a reason, and the reason is that Israel is pretty furious that Syria is on a clean course to wiping out all rebel factions in their civil war there. At least in the south. Israel is further angered that Syria and Iran are allies, and Iran has troops and military hardware in Syria.

And Israel is not afraid to conduct these bombings which, if done by any other country in any similar context would be internationally recognized as a blatent act of war.

What I can't quite get my head wrapped around is that Netanyahu is currently in Russia meeting with Putin. So what have they discussed on this issue? Did Yahu tell Putin not to interfere or else? Or did they negotiate Russia into inaction, or just get an assurance of inaction?

The western MSM is billing this incident as Iranian provocation while ignoring all the bombings Israel has done in the past few weeks, while also ignoring the fact that these hits last night had to have been preplanned, and also ignoring the "bracing for Iranian attack" in the Golan Heights that was broadcast some 24 hours ago.

Even by western accounts, Israel provoked Iran, and that assumes Iran fired into the Golan Heights first which is questionable. Israel has been wanting to do these hits for weeks at least, and Trumps pulling out of the Iran deal was the catalyst that gave Israel the green light. It looks very much like Israel may have even "planned" for Iran to fire their rockets last night. And they did so right on schedule as it played into their "Iran is evil" narrative by conveniently proving Trump was right.

It's a combo military strike AND convenient PR stunt designed to convince the rest of the west, still on board with the Iran deal, to pull out of it. That makes the most sense here.

Iran has no border with Israel, and is too far away to stage any invasion at all, assuming they even wanted to do it. And therefore Iran firing missiles into Israel, absent any provocation at least, would serve no strategic purpose.
