And this in CA no less! There was once a site called "Mansion or Hovel" or something that hilited this bizarre situation in Vancouver. You guessed whether each house shown was grossly overpriced there or normal (low low low) priced somewhere else.

Sunnyvale is 43% white.Schools would be hell for white children. Cupertino is even wealthier with better schools and even more expensive homes. (More than $2 million.) But Cupertino is only 31% white. Lots of Chinese so whites are relatively safer at school. Chinese are 61%. Latinos are only 3.6%.

What the frell does the price of housing in CA has to do with Immigration??? CA housing was always high, I lived there in the 70.
