He has raised eyebrows in the past with his multiple trips abroad.
And one can only wonder how senior courtiers will view the posting on social media of a photograph of Prince Andrew taken in a private area of Buckingham Palace.
The photo appeared on Princess Eugenie’s Instagram account and showed her father, who has earned the nickname Air Miles Andy, in his military garb ahead of Saturday’s Trooping the Colour.
It is believed the picture was taken in the hallway outside the prince’s offices, in an area not normally open to members of the public.
The Duke of York was taking part in the parade for the first time in his new role as Colonel of the Grenadier Guards, after taking over from Prince Philip. He had been learning to ride for the event and had apparently been quite nervous about his first public performance.

When I lived in suburban Chicago, I knew a girl who met a guy from Britain. She fell in love with him and moved over there. I wonder how she likes being a "subject" rather than a citizen?
