The Pope is on target but it usually works the other way with females seeking action outside the community. Diversifying the gene pool is the key to healthy progeny.
Race mixing or otherwise diversifying genetic combination is the only way for humans to continue robust and healthy; at least until crispr is perfected. Sad that this has to be brought about by wars.
Archaeological evidence from two million years ago shows our forebears realized this with gals leaving their community to seek partners elsewhere. They didn't want sickly, difficult-to-deliver offspring. Female chimps do this today. But Jews have religiously kept to their closed communities.
Closed community inbreeding over millenia accelerated accumulation of defective genes among members of this Tribe leaving individuals devoid of sufficient wit and stamina to forage for survival on their own. To survive they had to sponge and steal and learn to get away with it by scapegoating or other means. Masada mentality produced a diabetes-ridden, weak and dumb population which leaders found was easy to control because everyone had to stick together to survive. Loyalty to the Tribe and its leaders was assured.
