That's right -- the Portuguese title of The Sound of Music is "Rebel Novice", LOL!
The intro to this documentary makes it sound like you're not going to end up liking Maria, the Captain et al, but that's a lie. This show (narrated by Peter Graves) will CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
I'm warning, you, you'll never be the same after watching this beautiful, sensitive, winning, pluperfect production. You'll regain your original pure ideals and want to vanquish the enemy. If you're like me, which you prolly aren't, you'll cry your way thru it -- as much for the heroic saga at hand as the civilized Aryanoid world that is no longer*, of which the Trapps were a high water mark.
In the end the family, never happy with the play or movie, embrace it beautifully and meaningfully. Oops, I'm giving away the best part.
