FRESH STEAK -- taking up approx the 2nd fourth of this one is a Conspiracy Theory episode narrated by (what surely sounds like) Keith Olbermann!?!? Among other revelations, 15% of the moon-bound astronauts died in freak accidents -- it wasn't just Grissom, Chaffee and White. The usual suspects also murdered this poor "man who knew too much"
