Of course on subjects like North Korea, Trimp is a windmill of weathervanes, having changed his stance more often than John Kohn/Kerry/Heinz in his Pezidential campaign, bumping him off the top spot for number and rate of 180-degree changes yet, being Trump, never becoming a hissing and a byword for it.
