IT'S NOT NORMALLY MY PRACTICE to post single victories in a newsletter article. But I'm making an exception today to ensure that the very compelling victory below doesn't escape anyone's attention. Why compelling? Well, to begin with this refund is BIG. It's also from a filing which is both 4852 and 1099-rebuttal rich, and one that was especially heavily-vetted. This thing went through not only the usual gauntlet but also pre-issuance challenges to the amount of withholding claimed and to the claimants' identities. Then there's the nearly $1,000 in interest added on to make up for the delays occasioned by the especially-attentive vetting... All in all, this refund is a great illustration of the fact that whatever its officials may pretend to the contrary by word, deed or dodge, the United States knows and agrees that what is revealed in 'Cracking the Code- The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America' (CtC) IS the truth about the income tax in America: NOW, ISN'T THAT NICE TO LOOK AT? Plainly, Stephen and Isabelle's refund of everything withheld from them in 2017-- FICA included, of course-- is worthy of attention. But let me take pains to make sure this is clearly understood: EVERY victory is great, and worthy of attention and celebration, no matter the amount. This great refund is only worthy of special attention for one single reason: It is unusually compelling evidence to share, share, share with others not yet exposed to CtC, or even with those whose faces are averted in denial, or who are playing troll in the peanut gallery. So, please, people, do those things! Here is a permanent link to this victory post. Rock the world of all your friends and acquaintances!! SLAP anyone (figuratively speaking, of course)-- be it a "professional", an "official" or your grumpy Uncle Fred-- who dares to dispute you or who trembles in fearful paralysis as conditioned to do so by the "ignorance tax" schemers whose gig you will just have proven a fraud. Supplement with this and this once you've used Stephen and Isabelle's compelling victory (with or without that figurative slap) to get your audience's focused attention. A diligent, protracted effort right now with all hands on deck can get a LOT done. Make it so! "It does not take a majority to prevail... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." -Samuel Adam AND BTW, JOIN ME IN A SALUTE TO STEPHEN AND ISABELLE!! They are tuck-pointing the tattered brickwork in the rule of law on which we all rely to shield us from arbitrary power, and draining the swamp at the same time. Hats off to them both!! Stephen and Isabelle's fine victory joins those of the tens of thousands of other awakened and activated Americans represented here. Each constitutes another critical step toward the restoration of the Founders republic and the true rule of law. Don't you wish your victories were proudly posted, too? It's easy. Stand up on behalf of the law, and then share the evidence. That's all there is to it! I liked the comment in Stephen and Isabelle's letter: "Note: These are proceeds from the sale of stock in companies organized under Union states and not engaged in 'trade or business'". [emphasis mine]. It reminds me of the guy who, a few years back, sold non-Federal stocks amounting to SIX MILLION DOLLARS. It took him a couple of years of letter-exchanging with the IRS, if I remember correctly, but the IRS finally had to admit that he was right: his earnings were not federally-connected, and he did not owe any tax. He is listed somewhere in the losthorizons Bulletin Board. I have not looked at the Stephen and Isabelle correspondence as of yet, just their filings. This is correct. Now if I could get that witch at the Court House to wake up and small the coffee. I had 2 liens from IRS over where I used to live when driving big truck. The total was something over $10,000. I had these credit repair lawyers in Salt Lake City challenge the IRS. They could not prove I owed the tax and were forced to withdraw the liens. Now my Credit Karma says "0" for Public Filings when it used to say "2". ;)
I feel for you. The IRS had a lien on our house. We couldn't get a loan because of the lien and were forced to sell it to pay the IRS, which wouldn't have been necessary if my husband had read the book and acted on it. You can go back three years for a refund. There's no statute of limitation for fraud. I haven't given up yet. I hate those bloodsuckers.
