I don't think there's ever been a Luftwaffe IL-2, and Feuerpöwer is not a Kraut word. It translates as Feuerkraft, which is not really a German word either.

Durchschlagskraft, Mannstoppwirkung, Reichweite or Gefechtswert among other syllable crunching Teutonicisms are more current terms.
