Poster Comment: Has a man-made structure ever effected you emotionally or spiritually? It's something I've been thinking about since I discovered Second Empire plans nail what I would do, given a budget.

It's something I've been thinking about since I discovered Second Empire plans nail what I would do, given a budget. ROFL!!.. Actually yes.. I find the Washington Monument inspiring!..
You ever see "Billy Jack Goes to Washington"? It has some excellent filmage of DC, along with some Ey-Number-One Billy Jack silliness.
It's been years.. it wasnt too memoriable I'm afraid.. a tad too hokey for me.. but hokey can be amusing..
Hokey? I like Ed Wood movies. Nothing is hokey, damnit!
Now Ed Wood isnt hokey...it's quirky!! I loved Johnny Depp in Ed Wood.. !
I thought his acting was great, it was a quirky movie and I liked it too. He showed his bottom teeth a lot when he talked in that movie, made me wonder if the real Ed Wood showed his bottom teeth a lot when he was talking. I also like the way the movie portrayed his propensity for wearing women's clothes, how when he'd get stressed out he'd put on woman's clothing items, and how his first wife dealt with it and the way it all progressed. I just enjoyed that whole movie, many aspects of it. I thought it was so weird how when he'd get under pressure he'd go for a piece of woman's clothing and put it on the same way many people feeling that way would go for a drink or smoke cigarettes or start screaming at those around them. It was one of those movies I found myself thinking about a lot for a few days after I saw it. I did see Glen and Glenna on Dutch tv (they had good programming at the time) some years ago and it was a scream in it's own way!
