Robert Francis O'Rourke is the "Mexican in the Kennedy woodpile". In addition, he is not eligible to even apply for a License To Carry (concealed) in Texas due to his DUI. And that fucker wants to be a Senator?? Really??? WTF....

If "None of the above" wins, then a second election with different candidates. If no winner by the time that the new senate session starts, leave the seat vacant. The State doesn't deserve a Senator. FAIL! If "None of the above" is not an official candidate and has not been approved by the Election Commission, i.e. gotten enough signatures on petitions to be a candidate, then there is no way he can win. It is in the official rules of all state and county Boards of Elections. I meant literally none of the above, all of the candidates listed are unacceptable, we don't want any of them! It's not a real candidate (person), but a rejection of all the choices on the ballot. This would require legislative action to change the voting system. You really do not have to go to such an extreme. Last time I voted, I vote "no" to fire all the Judges. And if there were a candidate I did not care for, even if it were more than one running for that office, I would leave the space blank. I don't know if the outcome(s) would be much different, but repealing the 17th Amendment would save a lot of time, money, and electioneering bullshit.

This would require legislative action to change the voting system. the various states also have a cut off date for candidates to register to be on the ballot, both algore and bushtheyounger failed to meet the cut off date in texas yet both were on the ballot.
